Arsenal se consolidó una fecha más como líder del campeonato inglés de fútbol tras derrotar esta vez por 2-0 al Hull City. El once de Arsene Wenger sumó 34 unidades gracias a los goles convertidos hoy por el danés Nicklas Bendtner y el alemán Mesut Özil, respectivamente.
Por otro lado, el Chelsea superó 4-3 al Sunderland con goles de Eden Hazard en dos oportunidades, Frank Lampard y Phillip Bardsley (en contra). Los dirigidos por Mourinho nuevamente sufrieron para sacar el resultado adelante.
Asimismo, el uruguayo Luis Suárez seguramente será catalogado como el mejor jugador de la fecha al marcar cuatro goles para su equipo Liverpool, que derrotó por 5-1 al Norwich City. Raheem Sterling marcó el quinto tanto para los rojos.
En el compromiso más atractivo de hoy, Everton obtuvo un gran triunfo en calidad de visita al doblegar por la mínima diferencia al Manchester United con gol sobre los 86’ del defensa costarricense Bryan Oviedo.
